Kubikvägen är en del av den nya stadsdelen Hägerneholm som planeras vara helt färdigbyggt under 2025. Den nya stadsdelen kommer rymma omkring 1200 nya bostäder i olika upplåtelseform. Precis i anslutning till bostaden finner du den nya stadsparken, Hägerneholmsparken. Parken erbjuder bland annat två lekplatser, ett utomhusgym, grillplats, multisportplan och utkiksplatser. Utöver detta finns trevliga cykelvägar och rymliga gräsytor för picknick och lek.
